It is fake stone and, unfortunately, it can be found just about everywhere.

Start with your local suppliers for a similar selection or maybe something you like better. Make sure you have a good experienced installer (mason) lay the stone.

There are a bazillion faux veneers and stone veneers, and slightly less than a bazillion full dimension stone options.

It's not clear to me whether it's natural or cultured stone. I suggest you contact Architectural Designs, get the builder's contact information, and get the information from them.
