Kitchen subway tile question

Recently did our kitchen backsplash and wondering if I should be caulking the top of the tiles to bottom of cabinets. Some sections of the cabinets don’t 100% touch the wall... any advice? My cuts around the corner of the cabinet near the window weren’t very exact so thinking maybe I should caulk there at least.

There is no need to caulk the cabinets to the tile.

Not needed but if you want to try and hide the cuts a little bit go ahead. If you are not a good caulker you may make it look worse.

We tend to forget that we are not the only potential inhabitants of our kitchens.

The reason to calk the cabinets is to deny access to behind your cabinets as a warm nesting place for various small critters.

Where the cabinets are set away from the wall, I would cut and install a filler strip, then caulk that.
