The Container Store Clybourn benches might work for shoe storage. They also have wall mounted drying racks. Love your wall color!

I have a slim design drying rack by leifheit while not a pretty as the above drying rack it is very practical. I bought on amazon

you could maybe replace the small shelving unit with something like this Ikea Pinnig ($90, nfi) that combines coat and shoe and putting-on-shoe.

(hm, sorry, tried really hard to put in a picture but Houzz keeps saying that my post is 2 million characters too big, or "only" 500,000 chars too big if I make the pic avatar-size)

anyway, lots of "mudroom corner locker" options out there that could fit your corner and whatever styling you like, since your laundry room is already pretty stylin' ! :)
