Here's what I would do.

1. Disconnect the flexible elbow from the disposer and replace it with a non-flex 90-degree elbow.
2. Loosen the pipe that goes into the wall and slide it in as far as possible.
3. Loosen the disposer and rotate it about 90 degrees clockwise. Re-tighten the disposer.
4. Reattach the pipes that were attached to the flexible elbow to the new, non-flex elbow.
5. Adjust the pipes that go to the left-hand sink as necessary.
6. Re-attach the trap to the pipes in step #4 and the pipe that goes into the wall.

Goal: (a) No pipes are under the disposer and (b) the flexible elbow is removed.

So I was thinking the same thing but there’s not enough space I tried pushing it all the way into the wall it doesn’t really move heres what it looks like, am I missing anything?

you can see the garbage disposal 90 in place it’s super close Already won’t be enough room even if I could shove the wall 90 in all the way. There is maybe 3-4 inches from the disposal to the wall there

Is it ok if it’s under the garbage disposal at an upward angle to the outside?

That is awful.

You want a straight extension tube from the disposal to a "T" connected to the opposite drain on the other side of the "T". Another extension tube goes from the bottom of the "T" to the trap, then to the wall. Put a 45 degree fitting (or 22.5 or 90) or whatever it takes at the wall to get to the trap.
