Thanks for the question. This particular client needed to have multiple zones for working since they often are entertaining large parties. The prep sink area works well for the main cooking area and the clean up can happen in a separate zone. It works in a kitchen that has multiple activities happening and keeps those in the kitchen from bumping into one another. I hope that is helpful!
