Carrots are not a very good choice for growing in smaller containers. Are these outside in the sun? Are these in miracle gro type potting soil?

The seeds were started in peat pellets and are now in one gallon bag container. The 1 litre was typo from before. They are growing in premium potting mix by pro mix

Sunlight? Also check for carrot fly. Look for damage in the roots.
