I like the original idea of one large mirror. The cabinetry is beautiful but very busy. I think adding mirrors and sconces will detract from it.

Ugh I knew you were going to say that!! Hahaha. Well that has been my original idea all along. One big mirror with the two scones thru it. Ok they’re coming out to measure for estimate. 💰

Also, I wanted to mirror the walls here. I was thinking from the backsplash up to the height of where the arch starts of window and wrap it around this whole area. Polished simple edge .

I like the idea of a custom fitted mirror with sconces on top of mirror like Beverly suggested.

However, I do not like the idea of putting mirrors around the tub.

I agree with one mirror above the sinks but I would not mirror around the tub.

But my husband loves mirrors around the tub. He thinks it’s gonna be like when we were 25 again. 😂😂😂

Yay hubby! I once bought a house that had mirrors around a jacuzzi tub. I thought it would be a mess to keep clean but it wasn't. All was well.

So what would you recommend on the walls around the tub? I’m thinking large paintings from the same artist on each wall. I love Lempicka! Or black and white Art Deco nudes?

I'm really anxious to see how your house turns out! It's obvious you have a flamboyant style and I can't wait to see how that plays out in your design choices :) (I don't mean that disparagingly, either.) It takes someone with confidence to be BOLD!

@shead oh boy it’s turning out so beautiful! My bff called me Liberace the other day! Haha But seriously I do restrain myself quite a bit to keep it from being over the top gaudy. What I try and do is have one amazing focal point in each room and try and keep everything else elegant and calm. You notice my inspiration pic. Too busy so needed to calm it down. But if you remember I did do my glass black and white mosaic Mural on shower wall and holy moly absolutely breathtaking. Even men love it haha
