I am trying to add pictures to my ideabook; however, each time I click "add to Ideabook", there is a message of "Error on Page" at the bottom left of my explorer screen. Please advise how to remedy this. I have re-booted my computer and refreshed the pages and it still does not work. Thanks.

Can you tell which version of Internet Explorer are you using? Also- are you using the standard add-to-ideabook button the site (below a photo) or the bookmarklet.

I have Explorer version 8. I am using the add to ideabook button below the photo.

We are unable to reproduce the problem you're reporting. Could you please send us a link to the page in which the error occurs, to support@houzz.com?

One possible solution is to clear your browse cache. To do that, from the "Tools" menu, choose Options. In the "General" tab, under "Browsing History", click "Delete". A list of options will appear - make sure ONLY the top options are checked (Preserve Favorites website data, Temporary Internet files), and click on Delete.
