Monterey Bay Topiary eugenia in CT

Hi!

Is anyone able to help on how to care for a 3 tier Monterey Bay Topiary Eugenia in CT? I have them outside by my front steps now but wondering if I should keep them in big containers so I can move them indoors once winter comes. Also, is there a trick for mi I got them indoors so that the plants do well Year after year?
