Is BotaniGard WP 22 any good?

Hello, I am trying to control flea beetles and cucumber beetles. I read about this product called BotaniGard WP 22 and I am going to give it a try since nothing else organic has worked well. Has anyone else heard of or used this in the past? Any suggestions about the product is welcome.

I have used Diatomaceous earth and Neem oil with no real success in the past. I have also used Nematodes and they seemed to help some but they are very expensive.
