X-Disease on reachable peach tree??

Hello, I think I found out what my peach tree is sick with. It has had this the last two seasons. I think it is X-disease. Which if I’m reading correctly it is doomed. I haven’t seen any treatments for it and have read once it gets it it’s for life.
My question is has anyone successfully suppressed this disease? If so with what? I have peaches for the first time and I am hoping they will matures. It looks like the leaves will drop too soon though. Any help is appreciated!!!
