Rhubarb is going ballistic

I bought this plant back from my parents house and where I lived too. Wasn't that big to start. Had nowhere to put it so put it in the flower garden out the back. Was there for a few years and then these so called ding ding gardeners that the region had hired came and took out my drift rose, the lady's mini hydrangea bush out the front. Then out the back they did a number on the two rhubarb plants out the back. The fellah whose window looked out on the garden roared out of the house and said why they were doing a number on the rhubarb and she had the audacity to say to him what's rhubarb??? Really. We went thru the dirt where it was and found it thank heavens with the root part facing toward the sky so we replanted it the right way up. He fertilized it and we babied it and it made a fantastic recovery but I couldn't pick any rhubarb from it. Tried to find the 2nd one that was in his garden but never did find it:( The third one was under the bushes so it escaped their ignorance. The woman whose hydrangea they took out was really mad and sent a letter to the region demanding they fire them and they did. I guess they too were fed up with them. They left the garden a disaster area with weeds galore on the other side of the walk and yet they took out all our plants that we had in there for years. Also what they would do is the region had tulips and irises growing in the garden with the weeds. So they would come along with the whipper or whatever it was and just when they were about to flower chop off the tops of them so we would never get any actually come out in flower and yet they left the weeds untouched. So nuts. We did the weeding well I did in that garden in exchange for her watering mine and hers. Never used to do that section. Then somebody complained about the disaster it was out the back and when they came did a number on our plants and the rhubarb out the back but never even touched the one with all the weeds growing in it. Never hired them again after that or anybody else. Now these two ladies and her husband that live in our building have taken over doing the ones out the back and have done a fantastic job in doing so. Since then I have bought 2 more rhubarb plants. Can't go back to the house as they wrecked it and there is a chain link fence around it. Here is what the rhubarb looks like now!!!!
