Bassett vs Rowe Sectional

Hi, we are in the market for a mid-range sectional with very specific dimensions. Due to size specifications and budget, we've found two options that fit the bill - the Bassett Davenport or Rowe My Style. However, the majority of the reviews on Houzz seem to be pretty negative about both brands. On the flip side, many of the reviews are a few years old, so I'm wondering if anyone has relatively recent insights into these brands. I've been dragging my feet in placing my order, nervous that I'm going to regret my purchase if the sectional ends up being poor quality. I can go up a bit in price if absolutely needed, but obviously would prefer not to do so. Thank you very much in advance for your feedback and suggestions.

Hi, I deliberated for months and finally placed an order for a Rowe My Style sectional. It arrives in late November/early December so fingers crossed it’s great! I can let you know later if you’re still in the market.

I haven't owned anything Bassett (but I thought it was a decent brand) , and have owned Rowe sofa and loveseat now for about 5 or 6 years. Again, I guess it's maybe not current enough but I can tell you it's well made, has worn very well. We are very tough on our family room furniture and this has held up as well as any. I don't know if it's still made in US ( I believe Virginia) but that was a plus for me as well. I would definitely buy Rowe again.

imurph, I'm having the same dilemma - Rowes; Townsend vs Bassett Custom - and concerned with the negative reviews both seem to have! Did you ever purchase a couch and, if so, what was your experience?
