Help Tiny Tomatoe Leaves??

I am new to this and I am wondering why one of my tomatoe plants has such smaller leaves. 5 gallon container with perlite mixed in and holes drilled on bottom. I am growing husky cherry tomatoes and the plant looks perfectly healthy but the leaves are 25% the size of the other plant? What is wrong?
