Design Dilemma Bedroom Furniture

Which dresser should I go with?

I attached my inspiration photo best I can find. This is for a guest room I'm going to pick more mature decor. I am going with bed frame without the foot board.I'm stuck between two dresser styles the french styled one.Or the more modern one I would change the legs and pulls to make it less modern.

I like first one. Concerned about amount of light.. I’d be sure for your space to have plenty of light for guest to read.
