is my swing ever going to ship??

It’s been saying label created for like 3 weeks. It’s supposed to be here in the next week or so but it hasn’t even begun processing and there is NO ONE to contact about it. It isn’t giving me an option to email any seller on my orders page.

We are currently running around 5-6 weeks out on all order starting from the date the order was placed…. We were shut down for a while and then Spring and Mother’s Day hit us hard … Please note we are working extremely hard to fulfill all orders … Once it ships out, we will send you tracking through email …. Order placed June 20, Order 1669-4797-7279-2453 expected delivery 8/14; never came, contacted Houzz 8/25 Houzz responded 8/26 that new delivery is now September 14-18. You would think I live in a third world country.
