Caterpillars - HELP!

The beginnings of another onslaught of gypsy month caterpillars has begun *!%!$#! They completely stripped two beautiful dwarf Colorado blue spruce last summer, once again this year they're going after the blue spruce. I'm hand-picking them and drowning in soapy water, but I'm afraid there's no way I'm going to get all of them, and the destruction from these beasts happens SO FAST --> I'm going to need to resort to spraying. Normally I'm pretty much anti-spray, but they're destroying expensive otherwise beautiful and healthy shrubs, they need to be taken care of. NOW. So, what can I buy ASAP that will destroy these monsters - preferably with the least amount of harm to everything else (they're all over the spruce, which the pollinators don't visit, so I can keep the nukes confined to just the spruce - negligible amounts found on the birch last year, easy enough to hand pick those).
