Can you switch out the 24" drawer base for a 24" wine fridge?

Could you reduce the 36“ cabinet on left to an 18” cabinet and then put in an 18” wine refrigerator?

Just be sure the wine ref is made to be built-in. I have seen specs that need 4-5" of space around all sides for airflow when its not a built-in model.

I would change the 36" drawer on the peninsula and put a 3" end panel on the left and 12" litter bottle pullout on the right which will support the countertop. This keeps the drawers around the range. There are several issues with putting the wine ref at the 24" drawers. Door swing clearance of the lazy susan, the size of the lazy susan and need for support of the end. Plus it may look too cluttered near the apron sink.
