The first pic is of some guys hanging out on my carrot foliage. No visible damage, I'm inclined to think they might not be horrible. Second pic is some orange soft bodied bugs that are definitely eating my potato leaves; I left them there because it looked like they might have been parasitized. Certainly something goopy is piled on their backsides. Any ideas as to what these two are?
