Flourescent Tube won't come out

Hi

I was wondering if anybody has encountered this before. I am trying to replace flurescent bulbs, and it is hard to take out. The probably is that even though I am able to loose the bulb where it comes out, just making sure it comes out completely is the problem. Any ideas? I have uploaded some pictures.

Put one of the tubes back in place, then there will be enough room to angle the other tube in the fixture to where it can be removed. Follow suit with the other.

as With Jim Mat, put one bulb back in. Slide other bulb to get as much of an angle as possible. At far end where this bulb is closest the center of the end frame us your free hand to gently flex the frame. This should give you enough clearance to drop the bulb down. The second bulb will be able to get enough of an angle to drop out with much trouble. Repeat the process when installing the replacements.
