Nope, absolutely nothing special. Just buy the same size clear tubing at Lowes or Home Depot. Make sure its the same size as it needs to fit snugly onto the pump nipple in the condensate reservoir.

That's ridiculous pricing. Mine is a flexible semi-clear/white. It's held in place, connected to the unit with a simple metal hose clamp. Mine is run to the floor drain under the utility tub about 8' away, held in place with a few zip ties. If you are barely handy you can do it yourself for a few bucks.

Thanks so much guys for your input. I knew this quote was a rip off but I wanted to make sure. I cannot believe a company could do that but I guess it’s hard to find an honest HVAC company! I got the same tubing but in clear and will do it myself. Thanks so much for your help!
