Before I saw that you wrote cape cod that was my thought. Not just the roof pitch but also the adorable windows and shutters. Good luck in your new home!

I would be concerned about the roots of the big tree planted in the middle recessed area. Is there any plumbing in that area? Also check the foundation there. The tree will continue to grow and may become a problem.

It definitely looks like a Cape Cod. And it is very charming. Would love to see the interior.

That tree will be removed for sure. That and the left side of the house foundation beams and main girder will be shored up. Yikes!

I’m still learning the history of the home. Like why does it appear to look like 2 houses in one?

The main floor middle section is a dining room. The upper middle portion has a bathroom and hallway.

It is definitely classic traditional with 4 fireplaces and beamed ceilings. It has an attached greenhouse too!

I’d love any thoughts on the siding and roof!? The siding is cinderblock? And the roof needs to be replaced. Thinking of a different color...

I like the red roof. Since it is so large, it is the main feature.
