What does the sofa look like? Upholstery color?

I would get rid of the tv console and go with something lighter, and more narrow that one seems a bit heavy in the space put an ottoman under each window for extra seating when needed, you are limited on space, and this seems like a high traffic area. so I would leave it there, coffee table end tables lamps and one larger piece of art over the sofa. I also think that light fixture, tho I like it seems off to me, I think you need something softer. and the FP sconces could stand to be longer and less chunky. also it seems off-center to the fireplace so blending might be a better idea.

Also, this is the kitchen table we are considering, thoughts? Suggestions for chairs and rug. The table is 54”. Thank you!

OK now that you have painted and chosen a sofa I would look for a rug. Look for a 9x12 based on sofa size.

Not here to be grumpy with you, but why purchase a 92” sofa which can only fit on one wall?

Your space is perfect for t v over fireplace, no sofa.

How wide is the room?

Is there another room for the 92” sofa?

What about an accent chair or two space permitting?

The sofa with plastic over it is part of 125” sectional, so we are downsizing. We have to have a sofa because this is our family room. We need more seating.

JudyG, our TV spans the entire length of one wall, it wouldn’t fit over fp. (Not my choice, I’d rather have no tv.)

have you considered new bar stools? something that snugs in a little better?
