Need to add an LED driver?

I have a number of WAC Xenon HR-86 low voltage button lights powered by a WAC EN-12100-RB-AR Enclosed Electronic Transformer 120V Input 12V Output 100W. I have replaced the Xenon bulbs with LED bulbs for a few years now but recently started to notice flickering on one or two of the pucks. I swapped the bulbs and the new bulbs do the same thing.

I'm curious if I should swap out the existing transformer with an LED driver? If so I've read about constant voltage and constant current drivers but I'm unsure which is appropriate for my situation.

Any advise is certainly appreciated.

It probably would help though I am unfamiliar with the units you mention. One thing that sometimes works is to leave one Xenon bulb in the string. This sometimes ends the flickering.
