Had to make a quick decision regarding some custom cabinetry I had built this last month. Long story short- dimensions were off, and that led to this weird cubby I didn’t like. I decided to make it a fairy door (it’s actually large enough to be a fairy dollhouse, and the door fits tiny hands). It came out so ridiculously cute. Will I want it there forever? No. But my 6yo will certainly enjoy it for a few years.

I just wanted to share! We see so many design dilemmas here...but sometimes they really can create opportunities.
