Brand New AC Unit Not Cooling!

Had my 14 year old AC unit replaced (I live in a townhouse about 1400 sq feet) 2 weeks ago. I had the coils replaced upstairs in the attic and the outdoor unit replaced. I also received new Google Nest thermostats. Unfortunately, the NEW AC has not performed as I had hoped. I set the temperature as normal and the unit cuts on and cool air comes from the registers, but I've had a hard time getting it to the set temperature, especially upstairs. Two mornings ago, I woke up and found that even though the thermostat upstairs was set at 70, it was 74 degrees! It's better downstairs, but not by much. I immediately called the company who installed it and they sent out a technician who went up into the attic, outside, checked the thermostats, etc. Of course, he couldn't find anything wrong with the installation or the new unit. I'm at my wit's end--I paid over $5000 for this new unit and it should be cooling my house even during these summer months--my old unit could handle it! Any advice for what I should do next? I'd rather not have another company look at it as I would have to pay for it vs. the company who installed as the unit has a 10 year warranty. Thanks in advance!
