does my Sum and Substance have HVX??

Here it is. About 8 years old. Today I noticed two small irregularities on its leaves.


Here's the first spot I noticed. There's nothing on the underside.
I look closely at all my hostas every day. Nothing like this has appeared in the past. I don't have anything else in the garden with suspicious markings. If it's HVX I have no idea where it came from.
