Your plan makes sense, although I would put the linen closet on the end closest to the door, and slide the vanity area toward the shower so you can have more glass on the shower area and room in front of the vanity away from the door. I would also consider keeping the closet door in the current location, but just use a pocket or barn door to give you more space in the bedroom. I think it's better to have the opening to your clothes be further from the steam and humidity of the bathroom. Costs are dependent on your geographical area and your home. Have some licensed contractors come in to give you bids. Don't forget about a good lighting plan.

Sounds like a good plan. How wide is the walkway between the shower and the closet wall? I am not sure of the dimensions of your closet but ideally you would like 4'9" to 5' altogether for the depth of the closet. I find that the most efficient closet is when you have two paralell rows of clothes with a 3'0" walkway in between (7'0" wide total).

@calidesign the main reason for considering moving the closet door from the bedroom to the master bath was to create wall space in the bedroom. I was wondering about the moisture though. The bedroom is not real large, and with three doors and a window, there just isn't much wall space for furniture. The idea about the location of the the linen closet is very helpful. I wasn't thinking about being in front of the door while using the vanity. Thank you.

If you can fit in a good closet system with hanging areas and shelves/drawers, you may not need the wall space for other furniture in the bedroom. Just one long wall for the bed and small nightstands, or even wall mounted nightstands.
