Run from Crystal. it used to be a good company, but the recent reviews you've read are passionately cautionary for legitimate reason.

There is so much more we would need to know about your project in order to recommend a good supplier. Are you ordering framless or framed? Inset? What's your budget? Do you want natural wood, painted, or something else? How many cabinets are you needing? Where are you located?

For general starters, I usually recommend people look at Jay Rambo, Harmoni/Bentwood, Plato Woodworking, and William Ohs. These companies have budget lines if you need a starting price point. If you are local to another great manufacturer, sometimes it is better to go with someone nearer you. Always check reviews on any manufacturer you are considering, the more recent the better.

@Stefanie S It is quality and it is service. Both have declined since a decade ago when the reviews of this company were stellar. I remodeled my small galley kitchen in Washington, D.C. in 2014 using Crystal Cabinets. They looked great for about six years, but then the finish began to fade and the white melamine‑foil cabinet doors are noticeably yellowed -which has aged my once contemporary kitchen. I contacted the Crystal Cabinets representative for this region a few years, but was told the line had been discontinued and the Crystal Cabinets company could not assist. Even though the cabinets were purchased through a reputable local kitchen design studio that performed the on‑site measurements and design for production, Crystal Cabinets offered no warranty support or long‑term guarantee for this product line.
