My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi, thanks for your interest. The car lift is from American Custom Lifts. This project has a lower level parking space (and a wine cellar!)

    Nice work!
How much does one of these lifts add in cost to a project (assuming new home construction, and a plan to build two levels of finished garage/basement, regardless of whether the lift is installed)? Please separate out the engineering/construction element (to build the opening in the floor, finishes and lighting, etc), and the raw cost of equipment, delivery, plus installation of the lift? Thanks!
