No you signed a contract is the short answer. The longer one is read your contract and see if you have any way out.

What do you define as good credits and benefits? What do you want from the realtor?

Is the realtor a buyer's agent or does he/she represent the seller/builder?

All the negotiating on your part should have been done before you agreed to the terms of the contract and signed it.

@lyfia : there is no mention about realtors (either buyer/seller sides) in contract.

yes.. realtor is a buyer's agent. he represents seller. its actually same builder company.

@Aditya Ghadiyaram : a buyer's agent would have a contract with you, to represent only your interests in any transaction. If the agent works for the seller/builder their fiduciary responsibility is to the seller/builder. If the agent is the second type, then they do not represent you at all and won't be giving any of their commission or the seller/builder's money away.

If the agent is also supposedly representing you, was there are disclosure or discussion about dual agency? It is illegal in some states, but perfectly legal in other with signed disclosure documents.

You can not bring another realtor into it, unless you pay them out of your own pocket, but you can advocate and fight for yourself. You can also back out of the deal, but you might want to talk to a real estate contract lawyer first.
