Bathroom Gurus - need design help!

Good morning, My master bath is now a blank slate that measures 11'5" by 10'8". The entrance to the bathroom must go on the 11'5" wall. I appreciate any design help that you can offer. I'm lost as to where to begin and don't want to make a costly mistake.

Wish list:

Two sink vanity

large shower

bathtub (optional, though)

linen closet is also optional, going for the look of an expansive master bath.

Thank you in advance!

Draw a rough plan showing windows, door wall and immediate surroundings

No windows, the room is all interior, so the only opening is the doorway. Which goes on the 11.5" wall. I appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks!

You can put the doorway anywhere on that wall, but middle-ish is probably best.

See the Master Bath. I'm going to remove the two small closets in the bathroom and extend the current bathroom into the WIC to get the 11'5" wall. I hope this helps. I have other plans for the WIC space.

OK, door near the middle, opening in and hinged on the left side.

On the right-side wall, from front to back: 18" wide linen cabinet, 80" vanity with two sinks and a 24" drawer cabinet between, 30" wide space for toilet at the rear. The toilet will be mostly hidden by the vanity. I would suggest solid surface countertop with integral sinks, and the counter could be extended as a narrow shelf over the toilet if desired. Full width mirror above backsplash, extending up to a continuous indirect light cove.

On the left-side wall (where the closets are removed), from front to back: 5'-0" wide by 3'-0" deep glass shower, the 5'-8" wide by 3'-0" deep tiled tub surround. The shower and tub tile work should all be coordinated and matched. These dimensions will leave a little more than 6 feet of open space between fixtures, quite spacious.

On the rear wall, opposite the door, some sort of artwork that recalls nature and the outdoors (since there's no window), maybe a photograph of a waterfall. And bring in natural light from above, either with a large skylight or sun tube.

So, vanity and toilet on the right. Shower and tub on the right, I don't believe I've even seen a photo with a toilet at the end of a vanity. If you have one, would you mind sharing it? Thanks for the great ideas!

Shower and tub on the left. It's very common for vanity and toilet to be on the same wall. And the far end is less visible and more private.

Can I eliminate the tub and put the toilet in a water closet?

Is that possible that the length of the bathroom be longer than 11'5"? The proportion length vs width do not match. If the width is 10'5", I estimate that the length would be: 12'1".

My toilet is at the end of a 72" vanity. It is quite well hidden. You need at least 5 feet of width for an adequate water closet. I find them very unnecessary. It's rare that two people are in the bathroom at the same time except maybe to brush teeth.
