Never saw one before

I've been gardening for over 50 years--in Massachusetts, New York and mostly in WV for the last 30 years. The day before yesterday I saw for the very first time a leaf footed bug and nymphs on my cucumber plants. I'd been baffled why the plants were doing so poorly--not bacterial wilt or downy mildew. Now I know. I first saw the nymphs, ran into the house to google what they were, and by the time I got outside I couldn't find them. But yesterday I saw one on the butternut squash--some distance from the cukes.

Just what I need at age 75--a new pest to deal with in my organic garden.
