What should I do about cucumbers?

Our cucumbers were growing well and producing plenty of produce until quite recently. Last weekend I saw this spotted pattern turning into holes and trimmed affected leaves, but the remaining plants have developed the same and now worse. What should I do?
These plants are near a trellis with many other gourds - are the other gourds at risk?
Would appreciate any tips or advice!
