Paint the room ONE color. You don't need an accent wall, ( amateur ) . The bed is probably a queen, and It doesn't look like the best arrangement . We can't te;; from one photo.

If there is an accent wall in the room it is apparent due to the architecture. Painting one wall differently does not an attractive accent make.

I do like accent walls, and I have such in my current home - I put them there and remain satisfied because I'm trying to please me, not a decorator.

But I think the room as shown is too small for an accent wall to work well. But in any case, we need to see all four walls to work with you. It may be hard to get extra photos at this time since the tenants still live there, however.
