Cucumber beetles (striped & spotted) and Squash bug help!

I've been reading and reading, but was hoping for some updated help.

I manage several organic veggie gardens where the produce is donated to local food pantries. The newest garden was installed at the end of June in raised beds (8'x4'x2') in a cemetery. We planted on July 1st and had cucumber beetles 3 weeks later - mostly striped, but a few spotted. This week I saw what I now have identified as squash bugs (the ones that look like stink bugs).

I'm frustrated. I was hoping with new soil, this wouldn't be an issue during my first season. There are zero other veggie plots for many acres around, so I'm confused as to where they came from.

I'm hoping you can steer me in the right direction to help mitigate disaster for my zucchini, cukes and green beans. I'm trying the red dye trick I read about here with some success. I am squishing bugs whenever I see them, but I am only physically in the space about twice a week. HELP!
