I am looking for a new front door to use in South Florida. My GC is recommending fiberglass, however I don't have a problem with steel.

So far, the only manufactures I've come across that make fiberglass or steel impact doors are Provia, ThermaTru, GlassCraft, and PlastPro.

Are there any others brands that I should consider?

Also, does anyone know if you can purchase a Provia door without installation? My nearest Provia dealers is over 2 hours away. I would consider picking it up and having my GC install it if that's an option.
