Freezing green beans

I planted green beans for the first time this year, and have quite a harvest. Not enough to really make it worth my time and trouble to pressure can, and I only want so many pickled green beans. So I'm thinking of freezing them. What is the best way? Maybe lay blanched beans out on a sheet and then bag them up? Or just blanch and put in freezer containers. I'm not real hep on something labor/skill/thought intensive right now, I have other irons in the fire for that . . .
