I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used to have a hair salon in the basement. There used to be a hair washing station in the floor. I'd like to get rid of these pipes.

Thoughts on the best way to remove this? I don't ever need to reuse these pipes so I'm ok with completely getting rid of it. Also, I don't want to do any major cuts into the concrete....so I'm ok if it protrudes as little bit (i'll just cover it with a rug or something).
