One question for you -- how have the foam tiles been for you for free weights? My husband is concerned they won't be durable enough if he is dropping 90lb dumbbells on them (we have the Bowflex 1090s) and wants to go with rubber flooring but I have heard that rubber mats could stain our vinyl plank flooring that we just had installed. Have you noticed any staining with the foam tiles?

Hi, I haven’t noticed any staining; I don’t really move the tiles all that often. I have the rubber hex coated dumbbells but I haven’t really dropped weights on them. As far as comfort they are very comfortable. I have the 3/8” thick tiles I know they make 1/2” which I’m assuming is more comfortable I do kickboxing and sit-ups on the mats and I like it. I also have a yoga mat but I rarely use it. I like the mats a lot

I move it around a little. Only noticed a tiny dent that pops back out to normal after a day or two There isn’t much compression at all under the “bob dummy” and that thing is heavy!
