My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My Houzz Account was hacked. Houzz has a problem

My Houzz account was hacked, and Houzz has no ability to call them by phone. There is no phone service Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Houzz accounts are unprotected an unsecure. I got the notice from Experian protect your id.

I am trying to get rid of the account, but there seems to be no way to rid myself of this disaster.
