Hi! I'm remodeling the kitchen in my 1923 Spanish bungalow (due to water damage, not by choice). The kitchen is small at 10.9ft x 12.11ft. I'd like to center the range, and put cabinet on the end, and have a movable island that can be used as a peninsula or pushed up against open wall. I'd also like to make better use of the additional space...maybe corner banquette by window, and next to it on open wall, a counter height cabinet with open shelving for additional storage...maybe open up the wall (load bearing wall) from kitchen to dining area and create a pass-through/counter top with stools.
