Because it’s in a little enclave, I’d go a size down. Bigger than what you have but smaller than that one.

I would want something that's wider in your case. Closer to the the width of the two doors, or at least 75% of their width.

Though not for everyone, a layered look for doormats is something that I've seen done that can work well. For example, a solid black mat with another mat on top that picks up a color in your walkway stones. These are some examples with patterns.

I think double doors need the larger size. Even if only one door opens, you want the mat to cover both doors. I'd choose a style that better coordinates with your house and geography though.
