New constuction stucco, dryer vent flashing?

I'm doing stucco wrap plus one coat stucco over half inch foam. There are are lots of obvious solutions for window and door flashing. I found some great arlington electrical boxes. Now I'm a bit dumbfounded by the dryer vent.
The one story house is on a crawl and the dryer vent will come out the rim joist near the ground.
I've searched for a 7/8" deep mounting block or flange for a 4 inch vent, but not found much. I want something that easily flashes into the wrb.
I did find this thing:

Also found this flanged stucco dryer vent, bit it doesn't seem to be available anywhere

Given how common one coat stucco over wrb is in new construction, I though there would be some obvious dryer vent products. What do you use?
