What cookware do you like best for your induction cooktop?

Our new house should be done in the next 6-7 weeks and we will have a Wolf WCI365TS induction cooktop. Being new to induction, I'm going to need some new cookware pieces :) I have a few randon SS pieces but would like to also expand my cast iron collection beyond my one 5 qt dutch oven. Any suggestions?

I have a vintage cast iron deep skillet (known as a chicken fryer according to the manufacturer, lol) that I use a lot! There are a few newish makers of high-end cast iron that is supposed to be as smooth as the vintage stuff.

IKEA 365 induction ready is a budget set to get you started. It’s what I gave my sister as a kitchen warming present when I redesigned her kitchen and shifted her to the Frigidaire induction range.

I have a good selection of cookware to use on my Wolf Induction. Cast iron is great. I also use Le Creuset pans with success. I have braisers that end up in the oven, and a big shallow saute pan. My old (25 years old) All Clad works well, too, but I don't think all All Clad lines work on induction. I have the classic stainless ones and they do. I also have two non-stick Green Pans, both frypans, and I use those regularly. On the cheaper side, I sent my son to college with a portable induction burner and I just bought him a $15 non-stick frypan on amazon. He had bought himself a cast iron pan at Target but didn't know he had to season it first, and wasn't using any fat in the pan, he's just throw ground beef into an unseasoned pan, so cleaning that sucker has apparently been quite the task.

I like my Fissler. For budget friendly choices, I would try Cuisinart.

I love my Cuisinart Multi Clad Pro

I have All Clad and Le Creuset but bought an inexpensive set of Duxtop on Amazon to add a few spare pans to replace my old Revereware. I actually like the Duxtop better than All Clad - nice comfortable handles and they otherwise perform the same. You aren't supposed to put them in the dishwasher but I do.

+1 on Le Creuset. It works fantastic on induction (I'd say it heats more evenly and consistently than on gas). The 3.5qt braiser is my everyday pan, and I use the 2.75qt dutch oven a lot, too. I got it at the LC outlet for a good price. I also had a basic T-Fal stainless steel set that the builder provided with the house, and I was surprised with how much I liked it. I got some Circulon non-stick skillets that I was satisfied with, but when those degraded, I bought Cuisinart stainless steel with non-stick interior that I absolutely hated. It was very unpredictable and I burnt a lot of things. I've seen many positive comments about the IKEA 365 here on Houzz, but haven't used it myself.

Cast iron. Lighter stuff for quick meals or if I’ll need to pour from said pan.

Le creuset’s nonstick (integrated) stainless pans for everyday, le creuset or stain cast iron pots and pans and the already mentioned IKEA 365 are all great options. I particularly enjoy working with the le creuset nonstick pan, it’s amazing!

I like Green Pan for nonstick frying pans, Demeyere Atlantis for pots and pans and my cast iron pans.

We like our All Clad Copper Core pots and pans, our Zwilling non-stick ceramic pan for eggs, and of course various cast iron items.
