Hurricane sally split one of our oaks and left another leaning. Will the leaning one definitely have to be removed? It had a tree swing on the back side which is now 1.5 to 2 feet lower than it was before. The roots are not exposed, but you can see where the soil around them has cracked slightly.

I am trying to get estimates, but I have only been able to get one person here so far since there are trees down everywhere.
