The wood is beautiful, it reminds me of hawaiian koa. I wouldn't change the cabinets - I'd change the hardware, swap the countertop for something a bit more uniform in color. Are you looking to change shower tile/tub/etc or keep those things and just try to redecorate and re-accessorize?

thank you! The room is so dark but maybe that is the dark counter, dark blue sinks, and blue paint. I like the idea of a light more uniform countertop. I haven't had a chance to try the tub and shower yet. For the budget, I think those need to stay for now...

I think if you just removed the countertop, and all of the stone around the tub and shower, and replaced it with a white quartz or a marble, it would look a lot better.

The wood and the blue tile look nice together.

But that Emperador Brown was a poor choice.

Good question on the stained glass. I'll have to check but I think really is a piece of art glass. The rest of the house is double pane windows except this one.

The wood is beautiful. All you need are new countertops & bath surround in white. Cover the center tile with a runner. Do you really need all of those lights. I would remove all light above vanity, and if you need light there, replace just above sinks with something low profile. Paint the walls something light but not grey.
