Is there one out of all of them that is in better shape than the others? Maybe for that one you could lacquer the wood a color that would complement your home or a sunroom - white or blue or black. Maybe replace the seat/cushion portion with a simple piece of wood and it becomes a side table (can hold a potted plant or be a unique bedside table in a guest room, etc)

Take a photo for your album and move on. If you loved them, you would restore them. You don't, and that's fine. Remember all the fun family gatherings in your dining room, and find the furniture that works for you now.

Donate to Habitat InStore. They will sell and use funds to help people who need homes. They will pick up too. Have to call locally and check. Keep photos of them if you want to use as income tax deduction.

They are very pretty. I've repair chairs and it isn't that hard. I bet the wood is better than what you would get today.

Take a picture and get rid of them. Better yet, frame a picture of the family at the table where the chairs were used. You don't love them. they are chairs. The memories of parents and all loved ones, are not really enhanced by saving their stuff, After a while, it's just the stuff that it is. In this case, four chairs. You won't forget the parents, or good times ; you will forget the chairs ten minutes after they leave the house. You won't look at the picture of them , either : ) but it will make you feel better as you let them go.
