Paint the front door with a pop of color

Hi...I would suggest BM Lampblack for all the trim, including the fascia and shutters. The front door BM Heritage
Red.

Remove the shutters, as they distract from the architecture rather than
add to it. I agree with painting the door a color that pops, but I think you should go with a less contrasting color for the rest of the trim. I also think you could emphasize the entryway with potted plants or a light.

I would paint the trim the same dark brown since the house has some cool line action. The garage windows are particularly neat! My first thought was, where's the front door?? Replace it with a stronger, more retro door and maybe get rid of the storm door. Then there's the landscape. Those shrubs don't do anything for the house. The landscape should have something that repeats the stair step architectural details of the house.

Maybe paint the front door bright aqua.
