How can I save veggie plants affected by herbicide (source unknown)?

Hi there,

I'm currently growing tomatoes in a raised garden and eggplant in a container. I've noticed that the leaves are curling/cupping on my eggplants and tomatoes. It looks similar to herbicide damage but I'm not sure how my plants could have been contaminated. I don't use herbicide in my garden and have only filled my garden beds with manures and organic compost from Bunnings. My sage plant is also dying off but my zucchini seems fine. Can anything be done to save my plants? I've pruned back the tomato stems with significant leaf curl. Should I repot my eggplant using another bag of soil? The leaf curl is only affecting new growth. The old leaves are fine.

Thanks in advance
